Grandkid pics

 This is Kingston's preschool picture.......so cute!!

 How has Darci grown up so fast?  I can't wait to see them both!  Love their smiles!!!

 I bought trick or treat bags for all the grandkids at the pottery barn outlet.  Kingston and Darci's are in the mail but I dropped Maddox and Asher's off to them yesterday.  Maddox insists that it's a trick or treat purse.  :)

Appetizers

One of the appetizers we ate when we went out to dinner in Torrey was rattlesnake cakes.  It's on the back-right.  The red stuff in front are onions with pesto and a cheese sause.  I thought it was really, really  good.  With all the onions and pesto I really couldn't taste much else.   Even though eating rattlesnake wasn't on my bucket list of things to do, I guess I can put it on there and cross it off.

Jaron wasn't very happy with me eating a snake.......he loves snakes (as pets, etc.  Not eating)

Torrey, UT

 I know there are tons of pictures but Torrey is such a beautiful area!!  Believe me......I took tons more pictures than just these.

 Steve and George did a reading of their books and had a great discussion about science, enviroment, Utah and to be aware of taking care of the earth.  They did a great job!

King's English Bookstore

 Last night some of the authors from Torrey House Press gave a book reading/question-answer talk at the King's English Bookstore.

 It was a lot of fun and here are some of the pictures of the event.

September coupons

For this month I saved $105.20 in coupons. I know that I saved a lot more than that. The Smith's grocery store by us has a new manager. And from what I hear is that he's cleaning out the back so there are buggies and buggies of discounted food in the back of the store. One day when I went they had their BC fruit snacks, roll-ups, etc for 99 cents. I bought a bunch of them and ended up getting them for 50 cents. Some of them I got for 25 cents a box. They had poptarts for 99 cents and got them for 60cents after coupons. Bottles of Downy for under $2. Plus lots more stuff. It depends on the day you go and what's out there. Oh.....and some of the La Victoria green salsa for 49 cents a bottle. None of the stuff is expired. I check the dates and none of them are expired til 2014. I'm gonna keep checking every other day or so to see what's out. I love great deals!!!
