YW Yard/Bake Sale

Last Friday and Saturday morning the yw had a yard sale to earn money for girls camp. They did all the setting up and taking down. They also did the advertising.

Emily mostly sold baked stuff. She made enough to pay for camp plus some fun money.

Me and Verna were there off and on to help if they needed it. But mostly we sat around and talked.

Saturday afternoon no one was coming around so all the girls made up a dance. I know Emily had a blast hanging out with the girls and making some money. But more importantly, she learned how HARD it is to have a garage sale.....tons of work!!
