This is a pretty blurry picture but Emily is Red Riding Hood. Poor girl has been really sick with bronchitis. I took her to the dr. last saturday and he said it was a sinus infection and gave her some antibiotics. By yesterday it had gotten worse so I took her to a different dr. and she said that it was bronchitis and that antibiotics wouldn't help.....erg. She got 2 different inhalers to help her. The dr. also said that bronchitis is really going around and that it could last 2-4 weeks. Emily didn't like that news but she is 2 weeks into it so maybe it will be downhill from here. But Emily is one who will not miss school or dance unless she is on her deathbed. Stubborn little fart but I guess that does pay off. This term she got all A's and one B.
Tonight was Sadie's dinner and dance. We had 5 couples come and have dinner at our house. We moved most of the furniture out of the front room and put the table and chairs in it.
I think everyone had fun. I had fun taking lots of crazy pictures of all of them.
Last night Emily and her group went to Cornbelly's as part of Sadie's day date.....which was a friday night date instead. From what I got from Emily she had a blast. Tonight will be the dinner and dance.
The theme of the dance is the 1920. Hopefully more pics to come. :)
BTW.....dinner is at my house for 5 of the couples. There are 8 couple total in their group.
Last saturday Steve, Emily, Nathan, Courtney and I drove down to St. George to Luke's homecoming. It was so much fun seeing the family and hearing stories from Luke about his adventures. Sitting around and talking is great. Mary-Jo gave us the updates about Kierra on her mission in Gilbert Arizona. Jenny and Jade are expecting a baby boy Christmas Eve and it was fun talking with them. Nathan and Courtney also got to visit the St. George Temple. It was just a great weekend!!!
While we were in St. George Christopher and Jaron did the zombie run. Last year they were "people" being chased by they zombies but this year they were zombies. Too fun!!
I also have to update pictures of my adorable grandkids. Cutest grandkids ever!!
Steve, Russ, Klint and Thatcher did their annual deer hunt/camping trip in south east Utah. Though Steve got skunked he had a great time hanging out with his brothers.
For September I saved $139.39 in coupons.
