Comic Con 2014

 Another successful Comic Con.  We had a blast getting our picture taken with Adam Baldwin.......Firefly, Chuck.  The line was huge and we thought it would take forever to to get the picture taken but once it's your turn, you pose, picture taken and you're outta there.  Glad we did it!!

Cut the cheese?

Last night I went to slice some cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches.  The cheese was super soft so I went to pull the slicer with more force and it slide over the cheese into my thumb.  So painful!!  I called Steve that maybe he should come home.  I was hoping I could stop the bleeding so I could put a bandaid on it.  After an hour it still hadn't stop.  I got 5 stitches.

Wisdom Teeth

Emily got her wisdom teeth out yesterday.  She took some meds that helps her forget and relaxes her.  At first it made her kinda giddy.  She kept wondering why singers on the radio had stuttering problems (singers echoing).  On the way home from getting them out she insisted that she had 2 tongues cuz the dentist cut hers in half.....like a fork tongue.  She is doing a lot better today but a huge part of yesterday she can't remember.  Lots of movies being watched and eating mashed potatoes and smoothies.
