The 4th

This 4th of July we kept with tradition. We went to KFC to get a bucket of chicken to take up the canyon for a picnic. Getting the chicken was the easiest part. It was soooo crowded...more than usual. I think cuz American Fork canyon was close from the forrest fire. We finally found a place to park. We decided to go under a tree and lay the blanket down in the tall, dry grass and then try to smash the grass down.

It was a great meal even though we were a little squished on the blanket.

And just about everything was eaten.
