April Fools Day

I just wanted to report how April Fools day went. I have to say it is the one day a year that none of my friends trust me. But as soon as Nathan walked out the door to school I started on the jello. He lost his keys last week and I happened to find them. So I did the "Office" trick and stuck them in jello. When he came home I told him I found his keys. He asked where they were and I told him they were in the fridge.

I also did Maureen's trick of putting tuna in the chocolate chip cookie dough. I couldn't believe how many people at them and didn't notice. It wasn't until I told them that there was tuna in it. Most of the people who ate them ate more than one.

Nathan's friends didn't trust me but they ate them anyway.

It was a fun day and I can't wait till next year to scheme up more things to do.

ITs funny how people eat the cookies and they are just not sure what is wrong, until they get the whiff of the tuna, then its all over, but some still just keep eating. Fun times! Love the green jello and keys.

dad told me a good one...chocolate covered cotton balls...folks see the little round chocolate goodness calling out to them and take a bite and uhh...yup a mouth full of cotton...i though this would work well with the cotton rounds too b/c they would look like cookies...something to remember.

Hey, Lori put her husband's keys in jello too. She called my little one and had her put toothpaste on the doorknobs. Tuna in chocolate chip cookies, blah. My kids probably would have thrown them up just in spite.
