No email from Nathan today. Bummer!!!! This is what one of the missionary moms said about Easter in Finland. "This really is SOME KIND OF HOLIDAY in
Finland! Easter is a four-day holiday there. Good Friday is a very
important, sacred holiday. Then the Saturday after is an in-between day, but
also festive and meaningful. Sunday, of course, is Easter, and the Finns
really celebrate Easter by having a second Easter Day on Monday.
Missionaries don't like so many holidays in a row because there is no mail
for four days. " So I'm hoping tomorrow we will hear from him.
This was the first day of spring break for Emily. First, we went to the gym and ran, went shopping and had lunch with some friends. Then I had her help me with some yard work. We took some plants over to Lesa and hung out there for a little bit and played with the kids. And the weather is beautiful!!!!
