Nathan's email

Hey Mommers,
Sorry I wasn't able to write yesterday. but im writing today so hopefully that makes up for it. So how are things going? it sounds like everything is going good!! That's pretty cool that you may get chickens.. Kinda weird but hey... we could barbecue one when I get home.. haha.. just kidding... but seriously.. So things here are going good. not too much happened except that we had district meeting and president interviews this week which went really good. we were in Tampere and got to see the new chapel.. Which is really cool.. If i were you i would go look it up on the Internet cuz its pretty sweet.. but yeah that was really cool.. hmm... not too much else happened.. We've got splits here in Pori this week and we have a DA with all 4 of us with the coolest Member in Pori. Shes super cool, pretty much the whole DA she just makes fun of us and its just super fun, so it will be fun to have that with the elders from Rauma too. so yeah should be fun. Welp I do believe that's everything....................
....................... <-DOTS.... COOOOOOOL... anyway... I love and miss you a TON!!! Take care.

Hey Papa Smurf,

So how is everything going, Its sounds like you UVU thing went well! that's pretty cool that you showed Buffy.. haha.. awesome!!!

So we usually get about 2 DA's a week.. give or take.. this week we actually have 4 which is pretty cool. Mostly what people eat her in Finland is meat and potatoes.. and they eat a lot of it.. haha.. So.. Finnish cuisine I would have to go with Moose, if anything.. which i have ahd once and it was really good.. and there are a lot of middle eastern places.. Every kebab shop is owned by a Turk.. and theirs a lot of kebab shops.. haha..

So things here are good and the weather has been really warm.. but apparently this is how the winters are usually here in Pori because they are by the ocean and the warm current kinda keeps them pretty warm.. so its not too bad here.. but its still really humid so it feels a lot colder than it really is.. Well I think that's about all so take care!! I love and miss you!!

Heard from your cousin Philip. He is on the Navajo Reservation. Moose sounds a whole lot better than mutton, which is a lot of what he gets. Food can really be a lot different due to the way people could grown and keep their food hundreds of years ago. Glad you are enjoying the unique experience.
